1. Introduction:

1.1 Group Formation:

After initial discussions in weeks 2 tutorials, all members decided to form a group for the presentation. The main motive in forming such a multicultural group was that it promised diverse ideas and different approaches to a common problem. This would set the platform for improving management and communication skills of the group members.

1.2 Topic Selection:

Each Member was asked to bring a topic for the case study. After initial screening, the following topics were shortlisted:

1. Tacoma Narrow Bridge - US

2. Burlington Cable-Stayed Bridge - US

Since more information and also unsuccessful project which all members agreed for that, Tacoma Narrow Bridge was selected.

After finalizing the topic for case study, the first step was to prepare a project statement taking inputs from all members of the group.
