Introduction

The market of today is more aggressive than in the past, and it is becoming more vital for the corporate world to hire more employees who is qualified to fill the position. Finding staff is becoming a more challenging process in any business, and it is mandatory in which you find a candidate to fit the position for both your self, and the business to become capable for the business. Success in the company is not just for the owner, it is for the employees as well to. Having success within your own life is mandatory as well. Training, communication, will become a great tool in helping recruit the right person for the position. With having the right format of what you want can help eliminate the ones that do not qualify. Paying the right person will help with a stress free and not forking out more money to recruit more people.

Recruitment and Interview

The more you use the tools, and not just the basic tools will help with the process of recruitment, and than you can move to interview the right person. Using the wrong format or the wrong words can cause you to hire the wrong person which than can cause you more money in finding some one else to fit the position, and even fix problems the old person messed up on. The internet and newspaper will help with sending out the information in finding the right person for the position, and having the skills, education, and work performance of what I want to show up for a position will be posted on all resources that I use to hire people.

Understanding not all the interviews will be the same but having an open mind to what people can say to the same question...
