-A BRIEF OBJECTIVE AND SYNOPSIS OF THE PROJECT YOU WORKED ON :

Objective: The objective of the project was the development of new outlets of nonconventional types.

Synopsis: In this project the main work was creation of new outlets like grocery stores, daily provision stores and small mobile and electronic shops. Intensive field survey was done to interact with every outlets which were there under the specific territory that was assigned to us by our manager.

The outlets that were opened were mapped under our distributor point and a salesman would be appointed to that particular outlet. Branding activities were also carried out with help of things like vinyl board, window stickers, display balloons, pamphlets and other mediums.

-TELL US HOW YOU WENT ABOUT ACHIEVING THE OBJECTIVES OF YOUR PROJECT:

The first thing that I did was located the outlets that were already selling our product and the ones that were not selling our product. Once this differentiation was done, then I looked out for grocery stores and chemist stores that were already selling either mobile recharge or some electronic type of product as there would already be some form of awareness amongst customer about these stores also the retailers could easily handle the customer queries.

Once these types of shops were identified then I would pitch them for selling our product and explain them how the pricing is done for them and how to handle the customer queries. Once they were ready to sell our companies product then I would map them with our distributor point. Also all outlets that had large number of customer walking ins were pitched by me.

The outlets that were not ready to sell our product, there I would leave our pamphlets and window stickers so that customer can have a look at it and the prospective...
