First of all, I would like to thank my professor who give me a chance to write on this topic, because I have been asking this question to my self since last year over and over again ,does it really worth investing the energy and money into a Master of Business Administration degree?

I am 35 years old plus woman, leading a very happy life and raising my three kids. During my last ten years of married life I have seen many ups and down emotionally and financially. As a family of five we are the survivor of recession time. I already had my MFA (masters in Fine Arts ) from Pakistan, dated almost 11 years ago. I have never worked out side my home since all these years but on the other hand, I worked full time (24/7 ) for my family. I am the main support for my husband transportation company , handle all the billing and transaction and I am a full time teacher for my fifth grader ,second grader and my sweet kindergartner. The Idea of me going back to school comes when my husband decide to leave us for his better future in Middle East .We had our family business of construction in Pakistan and our family got opportunity to establish it further in overseas .They had already got the contract in Saudi Arabia and for that reason offer my husband assigned to take over the in charge of that project. My husband has an architect engineering professional background. So he is almost ready to join the post but for sure he will be coming back and forth for visiting us here in America.

As I always was there a support for my family ,I have decided to pursue a degree of MBA so I could better assist our family business.

I have just started going back to school and I felt a lot different than I was before when I was only staying in home. I have a strong imagination and big dreams that where I will be and what my value will be after completing my degree. I want to set an example for my family in back home for all the girls, who are struggling in studies that education is a...
