SUBJECT: Importance of Managerial Behaviors

the intention of this memo is to enlighten all first-level managers at InterClean to concede the merger and embrace the transformation that will occur after the merger of EnvironTech. This memo will delineate and explain how a manager’s behavior can influence the productivity of his or her workers. Subsequently, the memo will address the types of management actions that are in line with employment laws and those that are not. To conclude, the memo will wrap up with some best practices for working within a diverse work environment.

The factors, which affect the productivity like people proficiency, materials quality, system and procedures, equipment, management skill, knowledge worker, but last is the attitude of a superior. Suitable leadership helps generate satisfying work environment contributing to high output. Destructive behavior of a manager can turn the most desirable job into an unhappy one. Subordinates may be unable to discover their productivity and creativity and sometime be unable to find their workplace commitment.

A successful management is eventually the key to the continued existence of any organization. It should be the concerned of any development goal for all organizational members that are irrespective of their position. In order to maximize manager’s effectiveness and improve employee’s performances, one must adhere to the following guidelines.

InterClean is currently acquiring EnvironTech. As first-level managers, their behavior can affect the productivity of his or her workers due the close relations with the workers.
