Fonterra is planning to set up dairy farms in India to help Indian farmers protect the domestic agriculture. With aspects to the international business theory, it is necessary to find if India will be a good and profitable choice to invest in? Fonterra is looking forward to export nutritious dairy products to India. The further analysis will show if India is lucrative option to invest? Also if there can be any other mode of entry to start trade with India.
