“Personnel Management Information System of Commission on Audit Using Kiosk Technology”

IV. General and Specific Project Objectives:

To upgrade the current system of Commission on Audit by making their system more user-friendly, object-oriented and manageable.

V. Project Description:

The thesis proposal includes the management and monitoring of all the data and information of all the personnel of Commission on Audit.

VI. Implementation Plan:

There are five types of users, the Admin, Data Encoder, Data Editor and Data Receiver and Employees. All users are required to login before they can use the system. The system will be using Kiosk Technology to make the employees able to view their Information. The Admin is capable to access and manage the whole system, which includes the adding, editing and deleting of employee records. The Data Encoder is only capable to Input and add new employees and information. The Data Editor is only capable to Edit, Update and Delete records and information of employees. The data receiver is only capable to Display, Print and Search records and information of employees.
