The company is wholly owned by Riordan Industries, a Fortune 1000 enterprise with revenues in excess of $1 billion. Inflation rate- An expected decrease in the rate of increase in labor productivity is another factor that it contributing to higher inflation expectations.

Key Government influences-Regulation As a corporation, Riordan Manufacturing, Inc must follow the federal regulations under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Riordan’s corporate compliance plan outlines its mission: to ensure awareness and compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations to the workforce, including federal and state programs, fraud, waste and abuse, ethics, privacy and security requirements and corporate governance.
