1.0 Statement of Purpose

The purpose of this template is to provide a repository of knowledge gained from experience so that future projects, and the organization may benefit. This document contains (a) a project journal, (b) the close-out discussion of lessons learned, and (c) acknowledgement signatures from project team members.

2.0 Project Journal

At each project status meeting, discuss and record areas of success and areas that need improvement. Discuss the processes that led to success, and suggest ways to improve deficient areas.
