Describe the differences between Ray Betzell's and Chiu Wai's perspectives on Shui Fabrics' Return on Interest (ROI) in terms of the GLOBE Project value dimensions.

Economic, lawful-political, and sociocultural effects are the differences between Ray Betzell's and Chiu Wai's viewpoints on Shui Fabrics' ROI in terms of the GLOBE Project value dimensions.

Economic aspects take account of economic development, interest charges, exchange rates, and price raises rate. Economic growth differs broadly among countries and districts of the world for the reason that some countries are measured to be developing while some countries are developed by this time. Developing republics are denoted to as less-advanced, have low each person income which is the income produced from the production of goods and services of the nation divided by the entire population, and are characteristically situated in Asia, Africa, and South America. Established countries are usually found in North America, Europe, and Japan and most worldwide business companies are headquartered in these countries. Though these businesses primarily face dares, they stand to gain enormous benefits in the prospect. (Economy, 2003)

As per the findings of the GLOBE, Ray Betzell -- an American – supervision style established low confidence which means that over competitive, for other his values tenderness and concern. He proved this by giving 3,000 jobs to people in China which, to their local economy, made a real contribution.
