Employee Training

Change is a fact of organizational life, and to cope with it effectively, planned programs of employee training, development, and career management are essential. New job training requires many dedications to ensure a successful outcome for all parties involved. The result of positive, steady coaching and mentoring is motivated employees, positive behavior and maximize job performance. Mentoring comes in variety of styles, some organizations have structured programs that pair mentors and mentees and set out an agenda for them. Job training is valuable for people of all ages and in all occupations. Job training offers people the opportunity to learn valuable job skills that will make them more marketable to employers and may make them more likely to earn more money. A simple orientation is to be done first for all new employees. This orientation will effectively integrate the new employees into the organization and assist with retention, motivation, job satisfaction, and quickly enable each individual to become contributing members of the work team. In addition, it will give the employees a clear idea on the new mission, vision, goals, products, and services.

Employees are hunters, they do not have or care for customer satisfaction and follow up, and they do not have the experience that employees have. Employees are more customer oriented, they care for long-term relationships with customers not only for gaining new customers. Employees also have different soft skills that are considered essential for sales representatives. employees do not have so much experience, however they are young and full of life but they need to be trained in order to become more customer oriented, taking into consideration that new is selling customer solutions and services.
