Abstract
The purpose of this paper to is address formal research which test a hypothesis and come up with a solution. Also, address business proposal which gives major decisions in business or solutions. Both are compared and contrasted to discover a hypothesis if they are both used well together. The second part of the paper uses Step 2 of the Sekaran & Bougie process using a hypothesis on human resource outsources for leader and employee commitment. Mainly, the subject on leadership and commitment is a literature review.
Business proposals are written to proposition vendors and potential buyers. Business proposals are utilized for selling when a buyer wants additional price when trading. Formal research is used for students and researchers to present the detailed information that they found through many resources. The structure of a business proposal and formal research are totally different because a business proposal focuses on changing the business environment while formal research focuses on the theoretical approach.
A major difference that business proposals and formal research has is that the format is different. The format of formal research uses APA or MLA styles when conducting research and business proposals uses any type format for information presented. For example, formal information has detailed information where the research was found for APA or MLA, but business proposals focuses on products and services meaning making money for the business.
Formal research and business proposals can be used together in business because formal research determines what should be done next or should be changed in the business environment. For example, the DB assignment was given earlier through the week where supervisors had to be emailed a self-evaluation.
