Executive Summary Top Global Intersales Company, formerly known as MADAG, was the basis of our systems study. Our team, which consists of Melanie Elizabeth Decima, James Dy Jr. and Emilio Lapiz, was able to identify the existing problems and recommend probable solutions. Our main objective was to develop a system that will automate and improve most of the departments of our chosen company. We wanted to create a database wherein all information was standardized and accessible to its managers. As we observed the process to which the company operates, we realized the main problems the company undertakes. Basically, the payroll system was manually computed therefore it was prone to human errors, reports generation was quite inconsistent due to the inefficient processing, manual computation of account receivables and payables, documents are slowly circulated within the company, lack of automation and the computer resources were not fully utilized. Our team was able to develop four alternatives, three of which are highly acceptable. After a grueling process to see as to which one will pose as the most valuable and less risky we were able to conclude that a network database is essential to the improvement of Top Global Intersales Company. We studied as to whether the proposed system is feasible and it turns out it is. Technical feasibility is achieved because the company has adequate computer resources thus an upgrade would be sufficient. Economic Feasibility is achieved because the known expenses to be incurred are minimal. Operational Feasibility is achieved because the team planned the system to be user friendly and it deems to be its top priority.
