Project Title: Product Cost Analysis
Mechanics:
1. Students will group themselves into a 5-person group (maximum).
2. The group will select a product or a recipe in the internet or other sources, and then they will research on the background, description, production needs and processes, cost of the materials, labor, and overhead required, etc. of the product
3. From the data acquired in their research, the group will then determine the unit cost of each product.
4. Lastly, the group will make a recommendation as to how the production cost per unit can be lowered.
