Assignment: 3-Day Exercise Activity Analysis

This assignment required a 3 day activity analysis of physical activities in my life of those three days. I feel like I’m always on the go in my house hold, work or working out. As much as I’m on my feet and on the go I should be skinny Minnie, but I’m not. I am on my way to being healthier and skinnier.

My daily exercise habits consist of getting up in the early a.m. stretching and going for a run for 15 minutes. I then come home and have a cool down time of about 20 minutes. I recently started a new program called Insanity which is my 40 minute workout and I will either do that in the morning or in the evening. I do a lot of walking at my job as I am a server and have noticed a difference in the tone in my legs since I started working again in April. Having four kids I do a lot of cleaning and am constantly on my feet sweeping, mopping, vacuuming or doing laundry. I try to keep one day in the week that I will do a major cleaning of the house as I do very minor just about every day. Keeping busy makes it easier to keep up with exercise and the blood flowing throughout the body to stay healthy.

The super tracker results summary page showed that within the 3 days I tracked my exercise I credited 435 minutes. The total expended calories that I burned within three days was 2078, I had a difficult time finding the results for the physical activity score, and physical assessment results. Here is a screenshot of my physical activity report for the week of June 10, 2012.

In my day to day changes I don’t believe I need to increase any amount of energy as I feel like I do a lot already. I just turned 30 and I feel older then that as my knees are starting to hurt more and my body also.
