At some point in our lives there are bridges that we must cross in order to reach a certain

destination. And sometimes, not all of these bridges have water underneath it. Among these types

of bridges is a financial bridge that we cross almost everyday. This bridge is loaded with lots of

choices and decisions to make. These resolutions we make are mostly financial decisions or

economic decisions, and surely not all decisions are about matters of heart. We always have to

make lots of business decisions and mostly, making these are not always easy. Often we have to be

outside looking in, making these difficult decisions as we can only anticipate a little regarding the

result.

Today my goal is to look inside of the financial accounting of Cardiac Care hospital,

looking it from their perspective. Cardiac Care hospital is facing several downfalls which involves

capital shortage, accounting systems, capital expansion and funding options. Let us prepare and

take a short journey through the Cardiac Care Hospital financial accounting. Help me study as an

observer from the outside then figure out ways later on how to fix the system.

To help a company's capital shortage we must always come up with the right decisions,

however this is usually difficult. To help with the capital shortage we must try to consider the idea

of cost-cutting. I propose to cut down some of the current number of staff to manage rising costs. I

think that downsizing the staff slightly affects the hospital's function, however if the capital

shortage is able to go down then these loyal staff members can return to their previous postions if

they are willing to do so. The only hard consequence that could be a result of this decision is that

it could effect the hospital's system and that it could reduce staff agencies. The decision I came up
