In reading both article collections they were found to be interesting. Both articles consisted of group and teamwork and efforts. Being that we are always going to be required to work as a team or in groups, rather it be at work or school, the article gave details of the importance of a team.

In order for a team to be at their best some sort of group structure must be present. Though it is a team each individual plays a role in the group. The collections referred back to Shakespare when he said “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.” Using that metaphor it went on to state that “all group members are actors each playing a role.” With this being said, each team must assign roles to each member. Also mentioned as an example, was the fortune 500 company, Enron, who paid its employees top dollar, ended up bankrupt.

Building a “dream team” is a short cut in avoiding teamwork skills and cohesiveness. A team filled with members willing to work together in order to accomplish a common goal while...
