Introduction

Since the start of the 21st century, computer usage has been increasing rapidly than ever before. Many people are now using it as their gateway to information. The computer is now becoming the major source of information, communication and entertainment, replacing and exterminating traditional ways of living. The society of today faces a new generation wherein government departments, schools, and other establishments are using it as a tool for gaining information and ease effort to work.

The technology had made a huge significance in the world, from communications, lifestyle, and businesses as well as to the economy in terms of lessening the effort of a certain work, and organizing documents, and other important files. The proponents had collaborated with each other and came up with the idea to develop a system that will help lessen an office work load.

The Grand L-Square Hotel is a new hotel located at Mac Arthur Highway, San Rafael Tarlac City. Offering room accommodation and different amenities suited for any purpose and occasions. Every day this hotel is dealing with different costumers and transactions, and in every Company they are reviewing their earnings that’s why the records of every transactions are very important. The Accounting department is the one, who is in charge to check all the transactions and all records of the company.

The study is all about creating a system to help Grand L-Square Hotel employees do work with minimal effort, and have records of reservations and billings of every transactions of each client.

Statement of the Problems

This study aims to develop a reservation and billing system that would provide the employees of Grand L-Square Hotel with a more efficient method of service to their clients.
