Define the following terms:

Answer the following questions in 150 to 350 words each:

Throughout most of U.S. history in most locations, what race has been the majority? What is the common ancestral background of most members of this group?

Throughout most of the U.S. history, in most locations the majority of the races have seemed to be of the "white race". This is also made up of mostly Non Hispanic, and Hispanic Americans. Hispanic Americans also make up the highest portion of the Mid Western side of or Country. The other major percentage of the population is Non Hispanic, or "white people". They are known for their light colored skin. I think that it is important to remember that it is also because of social standards. Also the "white race" were the first settlers in the Country. Most of the ancestral background was European. Besides the natives that were on the land the Europeans, "white people", or "caucasions" were the first major ethnic group with an ancestral backgound to occupy the U.S or what was called The New Land. I feel that the U.S is the fastest growing when it comes to all the different races, and ethnicity.
