InQuicker was founded in 2006 in Nashville, TN.  The main goal of InQuicker is to end healthcare waiting.  The company feels that buy ending waiting they are restoring the power back to the patient.  InQuicker provides Urgent Care, Emergency Room, and general practice facilities.  InQuicker teams with health care facilities to offer online options that eliminate the need for waiting.  The company’s services focus on treating patients with non-life threatening conditions (Skip the ER Waiting Room with InQuicker: Health IT Innovation Expands to 21 States 2012).

The company was founded by Tyler Kiley in 2006, who later teamed up with Michael Brody-Waite in 2009.  Kiley serves as the Chief Technology Officer, and has recently moved to Vancouver Island, British Columbia to lead a development team.  Brody-Waite is the CEO and has grown InQuicker by a factor of 47 in just three years. InQuicker has a short-term goal to reach $5 Million, and at that point the company will revisit its growth options (Johnson 2012). As of right now, Body-Waite is concerned about doing more with less. In fact, he wants to accomplish all of his goals for the company while keeping employees’ workload to a strict maximum of 35 hours a week (Johnson 2012).   The InQuicker team is currently comprised of 23 individuals and has 158 facilities in 21 states.
