Accessibility | Is a general term used to describe the degree to which a product, device, service, or environment is available to as many people as possible. |

As the group of people working reach retirement employers will have to review their workloads and find work that is more adapted for older people so they are not discriminated against. There is a program for the elderly now to help them stay independent but get there freedom and help with their life this program is called PACE it offers all the things that the elderly are trying to keep and allows them to maintain their independence and to stay in their homes...
