InterClean and EnviroTech’s merger requires wide-ranging training to guarantee the company moves forward efficiently. To ensure success in the entire scope of the sanitation and cleaning industry knowledge and experience are needed . Which will be addressed with our new strategy that has been proposed. There will be training on the OSHA principles, sanitation standards as it relates to diverse industries, and the area of management. Additional training will be offered for the sales persons, which will consist of communication, training in sales, and training procedures for customers. The salesperson's expertise will offer knowledge of the new standards in the industry to current and potential customers. To ensure that sales efforts are consistent throughout the organization both EnviroTech and InterClean will receive the same training .

To gain a competitive advantage in the industrial cleaning and sanitation industry InterClean, Inc merged with EnviroTech, Inc to become a solution-based company . For the company to expand and have continued success creativity, teamwork and customer satisfaction should be practiced. I would like my new team to be a skilled sales force with a superb customer satisfaction rate and aggressiveness in closing the deal. I will identify the training needs of our team and determine the objectives that can be observable and measurable in order to accomplish the desired results of the training process.
