When using qualitative data analysis, scientists try to find a way to give a stated abstract of their interpretations and to establish a hypothesis that justifies conduct in the “narrative records.” There are several strengths of using qualitative data analysis. Scientists “code” interpretations to classify ideas, sort various parts of data, and document their individual interpretations about the “narrative records.” They also utilize “graphs, charts, rows and columns, networks (nodes connected by links),” and other kinds of visible presentations to arrange and shorten the massive quantities of data from the sequence of events. And researchers will build a valid sequence of facts and a clear hypothesis about conduct in the “narrative record” founded on the “coding and data displays” (Zechmeister, Zechmeister, & Shaughnessy, 2001).

The objective of the grounded theory approach is to produce a hypothesis that justifies how a feature of the “social world works”. The objective is to establish a hypothesis that appears from and is consequently associated to the precise actuality that the hypothesis is established to justify. Grounded theory method is utilized to establish future research hypotheses through research in the “real world.” Grounded theory examines the realities in the “real world” and studies the statistics with no fixed concepts or theory. This means that grounded theory appears primarily from the statistics. While it can be utilized in various kinds of studies, grounded theory is frequently implemented to create “hypothesis or theories” established on prevailing occurrences, or to determine the subjects’ most important worry and how they constantly attempt to get to the bottom of it (Ke & Wenglensky, 2010).

Designs using the quantitative observational research method can be applied to simplify hypotheses more extensively, forecast impending outcomes or examine random interactions (Sibanda, 2009).
