Global communication is facing difficult times. Competition from local and long distance providers and the entrance of cable companies into the communication arena, has contributed to the decline seen Global Communication. To correct this situation good leadership team devised a growth strategy to help Global become more competitive and responsive to it customers. Sometimes, new growth can create problem and new growth plan can caused problem or conflict between leadership team and the workers. Leadership sees opportunity to regain market share by forming partnerships, and focusing on new markets. Most company continue to grow the company’s brand internationally. Good new partnerships will allow Global to have access to new technologies needed to compete and grow. Contracting out or outsourcing benefits in technical knowledge from support.

In order to provide business solution that guides Global communication, an in-depth analysis id critical. One of the important ideas is that Global Communication’s internal communication requires. Palpable communication issues can be addressed with through understanding of the flow of information. The most important changes occurring at Global Communication affect everyone. Employee’s Commitment and emotional intelligence are important to measure. This idea will help and allow Global to be in touch with needs and concerns of employees and address problems. Using a sound problem-solving process, Global Communication can resolve current problem if faces whiles providing a good knowledge with marketing with other company.
