It is our sincerest hope that the information contained in this packet meets with your expectations and enables you to reach a consensuson the applicant of choice. While the processes your company made in choosing an applicant were acceptable, after review we made suggestions that would enable your company to make a more unanimous decision while utilizing all of your organization’s assets.

KSAs
Rationale: Due to the nature of problems with Pittsburg location, the ability to handle the financial and employee issues associate with the plant is paramount. Therefore, the applicant chosen must have the abilities to successfully handle these issues. While safety is definitely an important portion of the responsibilities of the Plant Manager, it is knowledge that can be learned on the job. Procurement is a position the plant manager can hire for or piggy back off the knowledge of existing staff.
All of the testing used in the selection process for plant manager was sufficient, however, the following recommendations are offered. During the interview process we recommend the development of an interview panel that is compromised more of members with knowledge of the
