SUMMARY:

Greg Fouquet is a phenomenal facilitator who has spent the past 15 years helping companies build their businesses, increase productivity, and overall satisfaction. Not only is he a facilitator, he is a project manager, and is known from his article entitled Project Management. The article talks about being an effective project manager. The best teaching tool is working up under situations that cause a multitude of problems. The author Greg Fouquet explained in the article that no matter what obstacle you are faced with you can overcome it by relationship-building, collaboration and communication. Fouquet also shared three simple takes that will help with the course of action for project management: serve the client, grow the team, and own the project.

DISCUSSION:

Sexual harassment happens all too often whether it is in a work environment, school environment, or even in the church. Sexual harassment in the workplace presents a liability for organizations (Satterlee, 2009, p. 212). Employers have a responsibility to maintain a workplace that is free of sexual harassment. This is their legal obligation, but it also makes good business sense. If sexual harassment is allowed in the workplace, you can expect to see poor employee morale, low productivity, and lawsuits.

Sexual harassment is a gender-neutral offense. Men can sexually harass women, and women can sexually harass men. Statistics show that the majority of sexual harassment claims and charges are brought by women claiming that they were sexually harassed by men.
