Q- 5 . DO YOU THINK PEOPLE HAVE A NEED FOR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT?

Definitely yes. Because, every individual is concerned with their own development and growth and it is very important for us to determine that what factors and on which this development is based. And in what direction one should move if he really want to achieve his set targets and goals. There are certain dimensions of importance of personal growth and development namely physical, mental, emotional, financial and spiritual. Many people are seeking their growth in those things which have no result. Such people should understand the importance of personal growth and development in order to choose a right direction for them.

The bottom line in promoting your personal growth is this: identify what you do best, and do more of it. Identify what you do worst, and stop doing it.

I don’t totally agree and accept that organizations still uses graphology and handwriting to access leadership. It might be true, but only for some extent. Human beings are far too complex to know "everything" about them. Handwriting tells a great deal about the writer and gives many clues to their potentials, fears, and areas for development; but it cannot tell "everything." It is only one part of the puzzle--an important part--but it must be considered along with other clues. Handwriting can provide an accurate picture of the core personality of the writer in general. It is an excellent employment profiling tool because it is completely non-discriminatory. The graphologist cannot tell age, sex, race, religion, or which hand the writer uses. And, although handwriting tells us much about the writer’s past, it does not reveal the future. Which is true! I believe...
