Business Development Director – PLM

PTC Client Directors play an integral part in client account development in conjunction with the PTC Account Manager, and are responsible for growing the PTC Services engagement with their clients thus generating more revenue. They ensure the successful delivery of their client’s programs, including the provision of guidance and direction. Client Directors are responsible for developing meaningful relationships, the manifestation of which is to be looked at as a trusted

advisor.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Driving initial and follow on business from our installed base of customers.

• Identifying new business opportunities.

• Directing and managing the wider Global Services resources into their client accounts.

• Identifying the needs of clients and providing outstanding service while adhering to PTC’s core values and standards.

• Building client trust, credibility and commitment.

• Selling, planning and managing multiple engagements.

• Elevating PTC engagements to that of Trusted Advisor status within the client.

• Counseling clients on product development improvement opportunities, i.e. industry benchmarking, identification of problem areas, education on improvement enablers.
