Training and Mentoring Program

As a result of InterClean and EnviroTech merging together, a new training and mentoring program will be implemented. The new training and mentoring program will require everybody’s participation, patience, and attention in order to be successful.

The main purpose and objectives of the training program will be to educate the sales persons of InterClean the issues in sanitation, environmental regulation of cleaning and cleaning systems, and OSHA standards. The training program will also educate the sales persons on how to effectively make a sale, how to handle certain situations such as unhappy clients, as well as educate them on all of the new products that come into the company so all of the workers can stay current. The training program will be set up in different modules so the workers can do one training section at a time. At the end of each training modular, there will be a set of 10 questions that will be asked. Those questions will test the worker’s understanding of the topics that were discussed. If the worker scores less than an 80 percent, he or she will be required to review the entire training modular until a score of 80 percent or higher is achieved.

The training program will be delivered to the workers of InterClean via the company intranet through a computer system. Each worker will be able to access his or her training program by logging into one of the company computers. Each worker will be required to complete the training module by a certain date. The due date for the module will be listed in the upper right hand corner of the screen. In general, depending on how far along the worker is in his or her training program, each worker will have approximately 2 months to successfully complete each training section.
