Subject: Adding New Services

This memo is to present my idea of adding two new break rooms with great benefits to the company, and all the individuals who work for the company. I am going to make these break rooms consist of vending machines, for hot and cold food, and vending machines with hot or cold beverages. I know by having these kinds of commodities for our employees, they will then be more productive, and spend less time leaving the office to get something to eat. There will also be no need to walk down three stories of stairs for them to go to the break room. This will also be making the company a profit if we buy our own food and beverages from wholesale stores it pays for itself.

Advantages of adding my new service

This service is both operational and profitable to the company and its employees. It is less time wasted and more time on the job. The employees will feel more appreciated, because their time is valuable. The company will really make more profit and prosper from the vending machine money. It is much more accessible to everyone working at the river view plaza.

I know this will make a lot of employees happy, because it is less stressful of an environment, than them running up and down from the break room. This is a needed service to all the employees of the company.
