Executive Summary
Cintas the Uniform People designs, manufactures and implements corporate identity uniform and provides entrance mats, restroom cleaning and supplies, first aid and safety products, fire protection services and document management services for approximately 800,000 businesses.
Background
The corporate vision statement of Cintas is 'The Uniform People.' The company's vision is to provide a product or service to every business in North America." While creating a vision statement for Cintas I began to really look at how they market their products by placing partners first. The vision statement I felt that would best fit this organization is; “Cintas is an organization that is viewed with humanistic values, who train and develop top notch partners with integrity and honesty, we want our customers to know that we are our customer focus and driven. We provide partners and shareholder with the best marketing research tools to increase improvement in productivity”.
Needs Assessment Design, Implementation and Analysis
A need assessment was conducted on our customer services department, which is divided into three segments, Lodging, Fortune 1000 and Healthcare. Many organizations use the need assessment to connect to specific organizational performance issues. There are three different types of analysis that was completed to do need assessment which is the Organizational Analysis, Person Analysis and Task Analysis.
