Introduction

A successful construction project includes well planed three basic stages called Project Planning, Project

Designing, and Construction or the Production. And it manages Cost, Time & increase the quality of a

construction.

The key of a successful project is project planning. Before undertake any kind of projects, we should

have a sound knowledge of project planning. However, many people fail to realize the value of a project

plan in saving time, money and many problems.

Project designing is a process of making of a new facility. It is generally represented by detailed plans

and specification. Bar charts, mile stones are used for represent the project process.

Production or the Construction is a process of identifying activities and resources required to make the

design a physical reality.

There are 3 main categories of construction projects, Building construction projects, Civil engineering

projects, Services projects. If we consider these construction projects, the basic stages are quietly

difference for each 3 type projects. Nevertheless the Construction or Final product should be more

valuable after all these activities.
