In the first half, he said that the traits which are consider under the leadership brand can be learned and he told about a study which was conducted and published as journal named Academy of management and learning & education. This was about a study about employees who have some qualities if charisma and some training was given to them the result was that the employees who have the charismatic training were good at performance. Whole article described the leadership quality which helps the person to success, for example, Steve Jobs was the most famous charismatic leader and manager in the Apple Company. He was the pillar of the company and all his vision and mission direct the company for the success.

Closed loop management system is the strategy to how to make a plan, implementation of that plan and feedback and review of the plan. It can be applied to develop the leadership traits in the employees. The first step is to find out the traits which can be developed through the leadership training and also relate them with the personality to whom are giving the training. The next step is to assess your plan that can be observes by the behaviour and can be judged by the customers or clients or subordinates who are working under the person who got training. Get the feedback from them and will make sure that our plan is on the track or not.
