My collaboration and contribution

I use sharing and discuss of the method, and other team members interaction of a week in team meetings. I share all information that I understand and discuss all the details, and other team members in order to make the decision process. From the team assessment report, this shows that my cooperation with useful other team members, and contribution to the work of team assignment. However, there are still improvement spaces for me in order to achieve the maximum effect. I expected learning and practice leadership, distribution of the work, team cooperation, and more critical analysis practice in my team. I feel that my team members have get a fair evaluation about I participated in, I should introspect to improve my future contributions and participate in my team.

Team cooperation and interaction

So far, all the team members were present at the meeting in our previous team meeting. Most of us come from different professional, to strengthen our group discussion. We share and learning from each other, and share different opinion to the company. It makes our study and discussion of the dynamic and interesting. Most of our team members contribute a lot of efforts of discussions and the decision-making process.

What I need to improve become a high efficiency team members

My strength is to provide personal effort and get things done and my shortage is to sharing and communication of my opinions with other team member. I like and encourage brainstorming practice process, attempt to strengthen my skills and the ability to read more from the information and get more feedback from my other team members to meet the expected result
