This report will discuss on whether change leaders should be internal or external to the organization. This defines what are internal change agents and external change agents. They are the one who impacts to organization and push the organization’s change process. The organization will be better or worse totally based on the decision of the leader, who is in charge of planning, organizing, leading and controlling.
