1. Introduction

Because of the unique features of the hospitality industry, where service is an inseparable part of the product, quality of organisation’s service is the factor that creates a competitive advantage and that makes a working human capital an important factor for the organisational prosperity. Therefore, it is important for the organisation to take a focus on human resource management practices, particularly training and development programs that enable monitoring ensuring quality, responsiveness and effectiveness of the organisational performance.

The purpose of this essay is to analyse and identify the dynamics of organisation management techniques within the case study and recommend and appropriate approaches for training and development programs and a performance appraisal method.

A number of literatures will be reviewed and referenced in order to support and provide with constructive statements and suggestions.
