I am glad to submit my final technical paper, entitle “Transplant of autologous hematopoietic cells from bone marrow for the treatment of critical ischemia in peripheral arterial disease in diabetic patients.” Initially, this report was conducted as a requirement for the course of laboratory skills 2 in general biology. It provides information on a particular investigation and medical advances with hematopoietic cell transplantation treatment especially for diabetic patients with complications like ischemic disease.

The report provides a list of terms for better understanding of the topics, how ischemic disease affect diabetic patients, why the treatment with this type of cell as an option for this patients, and mention some complications due to ischemic disease. In addition, there are the investigations details of the patients who participated, the methods that were used and criteria taken into account, results and conclusions of it.
