Introduction:

When looking at the influence of illegal immigrants on the health care economics In the Unites States there are many factors that can come into play that can control and limit the amount of money that is spending on providing them health care. Many steps can be taken to cut these costs such as providing citizenship to all immigrants who follow and maintain to the set regulations provided for them to become citizen and if they don’t follow these laws and regulations then they should be deported and not allowed back in the United States. Improving immigration policies and controlling the amount of immigrants who make it into this country illegally by crossing the borders undetected will cut down on the cost that is occurred each year treating immigrants who receive care and cannot afford to pay for that care in which they were provided. Also by making it more difficult for illegal immigrants to use the health insurance programs we have designed for citizens such as Medicaid and Medicare. They should have to prove their citizenship to be eligible to receive help from these programs and utilize the services they offer.

Improve the United States Immigration Policy

The United States (U.S.) built its foundation on immigrants coming here for freedom, a better way of life, and new opportunities for themselves and their families. Early settlers farmed land, built factories, manufactured goods in mass production and ultimately made our country what it is today. However, illegal immigration has put a strain on our economy. The U.S. government spends billions of dollars on health care, education, and social services for illegal immigrants each year. In 2011, there were 11.5 million illegal immigrants living in the U.S. (CNN Library, 2012). We are a nation that will always accept immigrants, but we must do so legally to strengthen our economy....
