Ventria Bioscience, founded in 1993, is a privately held biopharmaceutical company engaged in development and production of innovative products in human nutrition and human the rapeutics. The company has developed its proprietary protein expression technology called ExpressTec. Product offerings include several proteins with significant applications in human and animal health. Ventria has developed two protein products with significant application over human and animal health, they are Lactoferrin and Lysozyme and the company branded them Lactiva and Lysomin respectively.
