Business to Business Marketing

Assignment

I, Introduction:

Business Marketing is a large concept that involve to a individual or organizations that sell their products/services to another company or organization, in short word, to purpose resell them, or use them as components to complete their products or service that they are offering; these second company or organization can be commercial business, or governments, institutions, or any kind of business that not the last-consumer.

In fact, Business to Business (B2B)’s transaction is much higher than Business to Consumer (B2C); this simply understood because B2B’s transaction normally involved to supply raw material, or components of some products/services for another company, that’s why these transaction commonly come with a large amount.

For example: Apple produce a laptop-series names Macbook, but they need Sony to supply the battery, or Samsung for monitor panel, or Fujitsu for hard drive, etc. So the transactions between Apple and these companies are B2B’s transaction; the transactions between Apple and their customers are known as B2C’s transaction.

So that, we clearly recognize the benefit that companies/organizations trying to sell are different to each kind of customers, each kind of transaction. So that they need to have different marketing strategies to different type of customer. In this assignment, I will go through the differences between B2B and B2C, as well as using theories to support the examples; are pieces of print advertisements from several companies and business organization that used to promote their products in the market.
