BSAD 507 Ethical Dilemmas

2. Competition is cut throat

3. Company history of timely, high quality completion rates

4. Project in question will be the largest ever attempted by our company that will double annual revenue

5. Previously laid off employees would be needed to be brought back on to complete job

6. The supplies for the job in question must be ordered immediately if job is taken due to the lead time our suppliers require

2. Define the Ethical Dilemma: This dilemma is between (one value) vs. (a second value). For example. This ethical dilemma is between being honest with my boss and being loyal to my coworker.

This ethical dilemma is between acting on my gut feeling that this contract will become reality, doubling the sales of the firm, and keeping a good working relationship with our suppliers should it fall through.

If this contract is successful, then former employees will be able to return back to work. This will have a positive effect on their lives, as well as the families. The company will stand to double its annual revenue, meaning very positive numbers going forward into the next year.
