Dear Brother Imran,

With reference to your below email, I would like to add my comments:

a) What is legal status of azad visa? No legal status – It’s a mutual understanding between Sponsor/Kafeel to our any where else other than his company (so called, which he incorporated just to get the visas and than sell it)

b) What would be the cost for Pakistan? around 18000 riyals * 25 = 450,000 = other expense 4-5k

c) How to get the job on this visa? Same as usual personal links job adverts, job sites, etc. (but be aware that majority of job opportunities are for people who has transferable iqama !!!

.

d) How to get Iqama, difference between transferable iqama? Iqama/work permit will be the responsibility of your Kafeel which will be made after your arrival to KSA. The term transferable means you can transfer your sponsorship to another sponsor which can only possible after a period of 20 months of your arrival

e) What should be trade/category for getting Accountant job or if I want to settle my family in KSA. If you mean your profession on Iqama it could be any thing, depends on luck some companies do not bother to take transfer and allows the employee to work on the same Iqama, but in most of the cases these days companies are more keen to have people who has transferable iqama. It is difficult to obtain visa for finance/accounting professions due to the fake nature of the companies. There are lots of visa professions which can obtain visas for their family which must be other than LABOUR !!!.

f) any other consequences, which may occur? You can not even have clues what can happen hear , its true that millions of expatriates are working here and even living their families and very very successful but most of them has their own employer visas or either transferred their sponsorships. However things are worst than your imagination, more than 90% people on such kind of visas are living in a hell sort of situation and SO AM I .
