YD In Car Lesson Student Availability Request Form

Thank you for choosing Young Drivers of Canada!

The program registration for each student includes ten hours of in car lessons with each enrollment. Satisfactory completion of the YD curriculum is required to receive certification, which will be mailed to the student’s mailing address on file.

Ten hours of in car lessons are comprised of six one and a half hour lessons and a one hour final assessment. Instructor recommendation is required prior to YD scheduling a final assessment which has a predetermined start/ finish location for each area for testing consistency.

Once completed, this form has the info YD requires to create a YD in car lesson schedule using both the students availability with lesson times most mutually agreeable.

At YD, we schedule one 1.5 hour in car lesson per week, to allow for practice of the curriculum from the YD workbook between lessons.

Please share as much availability as possible. * Currently the most lesson opportunity is between the hours of 9:00a and 4pm, Monday through Friday.
