Jack Ma, Chief Executive Officer of Alibaba.com founded the Alibaba group in 1998. He aspired to make Internet available and beneficial to all persons. He also instilled degree of integrity in ensuring trustworthy on Internet users. Alibaba Group was founded as an online marketplace for the Chinese retailers and consumers. Together with its affiliates it operated a B2B and C2C businesses. Six substantial businesses were built under Alibaba group with each of the group headed independently under one roof.
