Day 3 – Simulation of Business Plan Competition to be decided

Select teams will be run through a series of mock Business Plan competitions to help them fine‐tune their Business Plans and also touch up on their presentation.

Task (After Day 1): Each team consisting of not more than 3 members are expected to review the following Business Plan and prepare a presentation of not more than 5 slides, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses’ of the Business Plan and how it can be further improved.

Crystal Water Solutions (CWS) is a startup company offering complete and comprehensive water solutions to apartments, mid‐size complexes, schools and restaurants. CWS will start the offer of these services from Chennai and gradually spread its operations to other cities like Hyderabad and Bangalore. In the long run the company plans to move up the value chain by becoming a company providing total consultancy related to water needs of individuals, communities and cities.
