* PROJECT CHARTER PURPOSE

The purpose of the project charter is to make sure we know the five w’s (Why, What, When, Where, and who) will be participating in the SCRMP Project. It also will be the binding contract between the Project Team and the Project Sponsors verifying they understand what needs to be done and when it needs to be done and the agreement that it will be done.

Standard Customer Relationship Management Processes project or SCRMP what it is normally called, is the most important motivational tactic that HLR Inc. has to go with. It is a way of resolving difficulty for creating an accurate, shared business process reengineering for consolidating management, market research data, customer management process database, and standardized customer information system into an internationally secured and sharable system that is shared via the divisions of HLR Inc. SCRMP is one of the largest projects taken on via HLR Inc. and is imperative for the continual growth in sales development that has been anticipated at HLR Inc. the following year.
