Have u laugh lately? Can I have a show hand of how long you do not have a hearty laugh? since last week? 3 days ago? How about Last night? It is important because the topic is “laughter is the best medicine, do you agree?”. Do you agree with me that “laughter is the best medicine”? Do you know about how affective it is? And how amazing it is?

Laughter is an ice-breaker. Laughing with other people helps us to make a connection with them, opening the door to communicate and creating a bond between all of us. For example, when orientation, you are with a group of strangers, at first, I guarantee all of you will be silent until you smile to any of your group member. When he or she responded to you, only then you start your conversation: “Hi, How are you(…..)?” From here, you have made a friend. If they found you have the sense of humor, the other members will automatically approach you. This will be a good sign because the purpose of the activity is to have team work. Laughter can improve our social life. It makes our relationship with others closer and stronger. If everyone has a serious face in all day, no one will like it right? Joker in Batman Movie, who is a bad character also bring out a quote: “Why so serious?” Don’t have that serious look at all day, instead, showed a smile. A simple sense of humor, it can relief stress and can break conflict between two persons. So, Laughter is an ice breaker, don’t you agree?

Besides that, laughter has an ability to cure sickness. In our body there is a hormone called endothelium. This hormone is special because it only activate when we are laughing. They will start to enhance and boost the circulation of the blood by relaxing and expanding the blood vessels. In other words, it is good for our heart and brain because both organs require a steady flow of blood. Experts said that many of our health problems are from our mental. Physical sufferings or ailments are often the symptoms of inner mental disorder or conflict. So,...
