Kudler strageKudler Fine Foods founded by Kathy Kudler because the weary of the constant stressed from corporate life and started in search for another opportunity that relieve herself overwhelmed pressure. Kudler Fine Foods established three specialty food store located in San Diego metro area that serves the best domestic and imported fine food to bring a unique gourmet experience to local customers. “Kudler Fine Food's mission is to provide our customers the finest in selected foodstuffs, wines, and related needs in an unparalleled consumer environment“(Apollo Group, 2012). Kudler Fine Foods has experienced tremendous growth and expanded the services and retain loyal customer, Kudler Fine Foods has established three strategic objectives to meet the specific goals.

Kudler Fine Foods determined three strategic objects to expand their services, increase revenue and reduce cost by implementing Frequent Shopper Program, expanding their existing services, and increasing efficiency in food processing. In order to facilitate the tracking, managing, and successful completion of the strategies, Kudler needs to take advantage of the current technologies by implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, online services, customer database and inventory system.

Kudler Fine Foods plans to expand its services by offering parties in the store to show customer how to prepare specialty foods by give lessons from famous chefs, celebrities, food experts, and Kudler herself, and customer are able to be invited to exclusive, upscale events (Apollo Group, 2012). The overall achievement is to increase customer participation and attendance in the store thus increase purchase rate. This program also aimed to be permanent part of customer’s social network, and through this network to market Kudler to their friends, families, and co-workers.
