What did we learn From This Class?

Throughout the semester, what I have learned in this class, with a few words, it would go like this, the organizational behavior is a work of art or preparation of professional challenge, so you have to have some talent, but you can’t become professional unless you practice it. I know that some are born with more talent than others, but it is impossible to have all talent manners around the world. However, there are a lot of examples of professional businessmen who were born with a little talent but improved themselves with decent practice by time. I was honestly against the idea that this course was required for me before I went into the first class. Since, I didn’t believe that an individual can never learn how to behave if it wasn’t taught to them when they were a kid; I had really strong feeling against this class. Now, when I look at back what we did in this class throughout semester, I feel a little ashamed and realized that I practiced a lot of exercises. We practiced so many important works that gained my personality a lot. All readings, exercises, my land exercise, personal map, presentation, team project, and reflection papers each of them provided opportunity me to develop my thinking skills, and taught how to behave professional in business fields.

Values Exercise

First of all, I never thought about my values before, I knew I have it, but I never focused on them too much. Once, we discussed about the “money” after having this particular exercise when there is a conflict with values between two parties from different cultures, only way to resolve the problem is to meet on the common denominator; the money.
