marketing-how ppl feel about a product or brand and come up with creative solutions
in house-looking at whole picture, can influence the product and mak ddeicison of how much to charge for price

will pick top 2 o 3 metrics that you want to hit----varies with product
marketings responsibility
think about budget after find out metrics
(if margins are 0 because pructs are free, its hard to difficult how much to invest )
